my last semester in stockton translates to .. i must try everything before i leave ! 

the cuban menu for elsa's palador

- there is a long wait before the food is ready
- if you order a week in advance, you could try their seafood paella

Centrale Kitchen & Bar -- 1825 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA 95204
- the kobe beef itself is thin and has no taste but it`s coupled with a slice of bacon. they could have seasoned the kobe with salt and pepper or something.
- this place is pricer but i will have to their brunch instead of their dinner menu.
